All purchases made through the H‑R Watts Gift Shop are processed securely via Stripe. H‑R Watts does not store or have access to any payment card details. All transactions are subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of tracked delivery.
Every item is packed it with care and sent tracked for secure delivery, tracking number will be issued by email. As all bundles contain a personally signed book, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances. In the rare event that your bundle arrives with a severely damaged book, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt using the contact form on the website. Please ensure you can provide photographic evidence of the damaged item, as this may be requested when your claim is reviewed. Each case will be considered individually. Where a claim is accepted, only the damaged book need be returned at the customer's own cost, upon receipt of the damaged item a replacement copy will be sent. Should you prefer a full refund instead, the complete bundle must be returned intact and at the customer's own cost. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
